Golden Hour: Circadian Focus uses Apple Health, location, and notifications to provide circadian guidance based on wake time and sunset timing.

Data Used by the App

Golden Hour: Circadian Focus may access the following data, only with your permission:

• Health data from Apple Health, specifically sleep-related data used to estimate wake-up time
• Location data used to estimate local sunset time
• Notification permissions used to deliver reminders and time-based guidance

How Data Is Used

This data is used only to power the core functionality of the app, including daily phase calculation, sunset timing, widgets, and Live Activities.

Data Sharing

Golden Hour: Circadian Focus does not sell your personal data and does not share your health or location data with third parties.

Data Storage

Health and location data are processed on device. If the app stores derived values such as wake-up time or current phase, they are stored locally on your device or in Apple-provided app containers used for widgets and Live Activities.

Your Controls

You can revoke access to Health data, location, or notifications at any time in the Settings app or in the Health app.
