Nervio — Recovery Signals is designed with privacy by default. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your health data for advertising.

Data We Access

With your permission, Nervio reads selected Apple Health data, including: HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and activity metrics.

How We Use Data

• To calculate recovery and stress signals in the app
• To display summaries on Apple Watch and complications
• To improve reliability and user experience

Storage and Sharing

• Health data processing is performed on-device
• We do not upload raw health data to external servers
• We do not share personal health data with third parties

Your Control

• You can revoke Health permissions at any time in Apple Health settings
• You can remove local app data by deleting the app
